"A year and a half ago we began the process of trying to obtain a conditional use permit and building variance in order to do a significant landscaping and house remodeling project. Due to our proximity to the lake, we had to secure approvals from both our local Township and County. We faced several challenges trying to get the appropriate permits. It wasn't until Dean attended multiple meetings speaking on our behalf that we were given approval to begin our project. It was Dean's credibility and reputation, with the local Township Board and the County, which enabled us to get the appropriate permits to begin our project. Flygare Excavating installed 3 tiers of "London Boulders" on our hillside, dug our footings, and replaced our septic system.
